Anyone else just had a visit from the санэпидстанция? It went smoother than expected. They were checking everything with a fine-tooth comb. The inspector focused on the kitchen like a hawk.
Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция? My buddy is opening a little food spot and the process is seriously intense. Those inspections are next level, which is fair enough honestly. Still, the amount of rules is something else! Really makes you appreciate how places stay safe out there. Big respect to the people who navigate this, it's a major hassle but guess it's for the best.
