Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция? Wow, it was something else. We were opening a small cafe and the process was a real journey. Thankfully our paperwork was in order, but they checked every little thing. Gotta say, it's a bit stressful but in the end you sleep easier knowing your place is up to code. Big thanks to the inspector who was super patient and explained stuff. Anyone have recent сэс story? How did you survive the preparation?
