Anyone else just had a run-in with the local санэпидстанция? A buddy's small restaurant had a routine inspection and it was an entire ordeal. Honestly, I understand the need for health standards, but sometimes it feels like they invent new hoops to jump through every year. The paperwork alone is insane. Then again, better safe than sorry when it comes to everyone's well-being, right? Any thoughts? Heard any stories?
