Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция? My friend's small restaurant had a surprise visit and it was a whole production. Honestly, it's a bit of a headache but I guess their regulations are there for a purpose. Still, the sheer volume of documents they asked for was next level. Hope we all pass our next check-up without any drama!
