Anyone else just had a run-in with the local санэпидстанция? Man, oh man. We were opening a small cafe and the whole inspection thing was next level. Luckily our docs was totally sorted, but they went over everything with a fine-tooth comb. Gotta say, it's kinda nerve-wracking but when it's all done you feel better knowing your place is clean and legit. Shoutout to the inspector who was actually helpful and explained stuff. Anyone have recent сэс story? How did you survive the preparation?
